A New Way to Preserve
Working with DNA or RNA samples can be tricky regarding transportation and storage. Traditionally, laboratories are known to freeze these samples to store and transport them. This method is known to threaten the integrity of these samples and is not the best preservation method.
GenTegra, on the other hand, has another DNA/RNA preservation method that is proven more effective than the traditional sample storage methods. Their method deals with drying the samples with their stability reagents, then when ready, adding water to restore the sample to its original form. This method is proven to have several benefits, including but not limited to, long-term storage and stability, temperature insulation, and sample protection.
