It can sometimes happen that your order is delivered later than desired. This may have several causes: article not in stock, delay in shipping. We always try to keep you as well informed as possible about the delivery.

You do not need to specifically consider something. For equipment and other fragile items, our boxes will have a "this side up" sticker. Please do not accept the box if the box is delivered the wrong way around and please make a report. For products with clean-room conditions, the clean-room bags will be shipped in a cardboard box. Please do not cut too deeply into the box to prevent the clean room bags from breaking.

If possible, always sign for delivery.

If items are missing please send us an email with an explanation and possibly pictures. Our colleagues will handle it as soon as possible.

You can send an email with photo, then we will process it as being a complaint. Then if the complaint is justified the product will be redelivered.

Our shipping method is via UPS. These are packed in a cardboard box. Sterile products are shipped in the original sterile packaging.

No this is unfortunately not possible. After the order confirmation you receive from us, you need to check everything; if something is not right report it immediately.

If in stock the product will be delivered the next day. If we have to order the product, the expected delivery time is 4/ 6 weeks.

For bulk purchases, you can request a quote from Sales where discounts can be agreed upon.

For orders under €1000 we charge €25 shipping costs. Above €1000 we deliver completely free.

If you have placed a web order, you can view it in your account. For more information about your orders by other means, please contact us at info@nbsscientific.nl.

Yes, you can. However, we do charge a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the product being cancelled.

Unfortunately we cannot easily cancel your orders, especially if it is a custom/special product.

You can pay by means of a Purchase Order. You will receive an invoice from us at the time we send the order. You can also pay by credit card.

Typically, we need as much information as possible to process an order. We need information about the company you work for: First Name Last Name Job Title Company name VAT number Invoice and delivery address Email address for order confirmations Email address for invoices. We also need a reference or order number.

There are several ways how to place an order. An order can be placed by sending your order to info@nbsscientific.nl. You can also contact our colleagues by phone at +31 (0)36 549 1010. You can also create an account on our website and place an order online.

Only people who have their business located in the Netherlands are allowed to create an account on the Dutch website.

You can't see the webshop prices because you need an account in order to see our prices. You may also try and request a quote.

After creating your account, it may take a few days before you can use it. Our colleagues will validate your data and then send you an e-mail with the login details. Have you been waiting longer than 3 days? Then contact us!
