The DT510 Single Tube Code Reader is truly a piece of versatile equipment, made to fit every laboratory and biobank. It’s able to quickly scan 1D rack barcodes, 1D tube barcodes and even 2D Datamatrix coded tubes (in 96-, 48- and 24-well formats). It does so in the blink of an eye; measured to be even faster than 1 second.

Not only is the DT510 convenient to operate, but also very easy to set up. And that’s because this Plug & Play device requires no software to instal. When the DT510 extracts the data from the tubes/racks, it can send that data to multiple applications at once. To ensure the data gets transmitted correctly, the DT510 uses a proprietary Keyboard Wedge (KBW); a high-end decoding engine, making the decoding process highly reliable.

The DT510 is designed with the end-user in mind: designed to increase your productivity. An integrated light guides the user to ensure an easy and unambiguous sample identification. Next to visual clues, the DT510 also houses audio clues that guide the user. It gives off a sound confirmation every time the code is correctly read.
