The Screw Caps Ultra of Micronic have been optimally designed for automated and manual handling and improved sealing performance. The silicon O-ring of the cap falls within the tube, sealing the tube with “hard” stop.
The ultra caps can be used on all Micronic screw cap tubes with internal thread in 96-format and are available in 4 different premium colors: red, blue, light green, and yellow.

The silicon O-ring falls within the tube, sealing the tube with a “hard” stop and creating the perfect closure for ultra-low temperature storage.
The Micronic screw caps Ultra are compatible with Micronic’s 96-well (0.50ml, 0.75ml, 1.10ml ,1.40ml, and 2.00ml) tubes.
The internally threaded screw caps Ultra (available in blue, yellow, light-green, red) are designed specifically for automated processes.
The internally threaded screw caps resist chemical solvents. All caps are produced in a class 7 clean room and are RNase/DNase and Pyrogen free.
