Frozen Sample Aliquotting has been widely used as a method of choice for researchers when managing samples. It is seen as a better method as opposed to a more traditional freeze-thaw cycle. After several sources have confirmed the quality of using frozen sample aliquotting, the method was suggested for use in this experiment. This app note discusses the implementation of frozen aliquotting with samples containing fecal matter.
